"L'ambiente dell'hotel è anche buono, non è molto diverso dalle foto che sono state introdotte dall'hotel.Ma guardare l'hotel è molto grande sulle foto, in realtà la superficie complessiva dell'hotel non è così grande.Ma questo non è grande.😂 Il servizio dell'hotel è buono.Ma non ho chiesto di vivere in diversi piani, prenotami direttamente il primo piano. Quando ho espresso la mia intenzione di vivere nel secondo piano, mi aiuti a cambiare al secondo piano in tempo.👍 Dopo aver entrato nella stanza, ho scoperto che due interruttori di sedile non erano elettrici, il cassetto non poteva essere usato, e il cassetto non poteva essere usato perché la batteria non era elettrica, non poteva essere usato, quindi dopo il mio feedback, hanno anche lavorato in tempo e lodato. Se posso controllare tutto bene prima di stare qui, se non c'è problema, darò cinque stelle. Finalmente, non c'era nessun accordo quando l'aeroporto l'ha spedito.Forse c'era anche la mia ragione. Non gli ho detto un giorno prima di organizzare e dirlo quando partono.😅"

"The hotel is one to remember, since the check -in, with the super yummy tea and the fresh towel, your feel really well cared for from the staff. The breakfast is awesome and couldn't ask for anything else, there is plenty of western choices as well as very tasty fresh juices. The hotel is really nice, clean and very well decorated but the staff makes it even better because they ALL went the extra mile to make us feel at home and nothing is trouble for them. My husband really enjoyed the swimming pool and I could go back every day to have the smoothies and mocktails they make in the bar, they are the best. We had a very early excursion to the temples and they gave us our breakfast in a beautiful basket. All the food was amazing and we really appreciated that all the things they used for us to eat our breakfast was reusable, there was not plastic at all. We took it back to the hotel and after cleaning it could be used for another guest. Awesome and beautiful idea. We also enjoyed the flowers, the cake and the fruit we had in our room due to our wedding anniversary. We were granted a late check out , which we really appreciated as we had a late flight. They also offered to have a shower in the spa if we needed one after check out. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Seam Reap."

"This hotel is more traditional in terms of design. Breakfast is good and the entire place is nice for picture taking. Our room is facing the pool. The air conditioning and water pressure is extremely good. Location is convenient to go Angkor Wat and Pub Street."

"We were unlucky with room, water in the tub was kind of yellow but after 5 minutes of flowing it finally become normal, except this small issue whicj was only in our room, everything else was great, staff is, so nice and warm."

"Host Ms Kerya is super nice, friendly and kind. Her place is well kept and very clean. We must give compliments to the housekeeping staff who kept all our things secure and safe. All very nicely kept. Ms Kerya even provided complimentary breakfast for us before we checked out. She bought croissant and drinks and made coffee for us. The security also got up from his sleep to wait till we were out or back. Thumbs up to the whole team!🙏 location is just a little distance away from the city centre but with the efficient grab swrvice, it’s no problem at all."
